Store policies

Orders are shipped out 2 days per week, typically on Tuesday and Friday. 


Unless otherwise stated, all orders have a 2-4 day handling time in order for us to make sure that everything is correct and packaged properly! If you need expedited handling, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to get your shipment to you as soon as we can.


Sometimes we offer pre-order products, which allows us to come up with cool new items that we might not have been able to fund without asking our wonderful customers to express their interest. All pre-order items will be clearly marked, and will have a specific date of shipment.


All returns must be made within 1 week of receipt—unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. If you would like to send your items back, please email us with your order number and we'll give you further instructions. Once it comes in, we will grant a refund in full, excluding shipping costs (except in the case of pre-existing damage).


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
